We supply wholesale customers purchasing for business purposes and members of the public purchasing for personal use.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and stock information are accurate.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, a revised delivery date or a refund for the unavailable item.

3. Minimum Order and Pricing

Our minimum order value is £25 excluding VAT.

Prices on our website are generally displayed excluding VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate during checkout. The total payable, including VAT and any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before payment is confirmed.

Where required by consumer pricing law, VAT-inclusive prices and other mandatory pricing information must also be provided before checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

We may decline an order where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is a genuine pricing error or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method unless separate credit arrangements have been agreed in writing.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales indicated on our website or communicated to you.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before an order is completed.

For consumers, nothing in these terms limits statutory delivery rights, including rights arising from late or failed delivery.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Faulty Goods

Wholesale and Business Customers

For customers purchasing for resale or other commercial purposes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges simply because the customer has changed their mind.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Any additional returns arrangements must be agreed with Euro Bijoux Ltd in writing.

Consumers Purchasing for Personal Use

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

Consumers must normally return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the rules on standard delivery charges and return costs.

Certain products may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights where the law permits, including goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

7. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products

We may supply bespoke, customised or specially manufactured products under separately agreed arrangements.

Specifications, quantities, pricing, production times and payment terms will be agreed before production begins.

For business customers, cancellation or changes after production has commenced may result in reasonable charges in accordance with the agreed order terms.

For consumers, statutory cancellation exceptions may apply to goods made to their specifications or clearly personalised. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, images, branding, designs and other content on our website belong to Euro Bijoux Ltd or are used with permission.
