Our minimum order value is £25.

Delivery is £6.50 for national orders under £200 and free for orders above £200. Please contact us for overseas delivery rates.

You can either pay via PayPal or you can submit through your order & call us to pay by credit/ debit card.

Can I buy stock from your warehouse?
Yes! You're welcome to visit our warehouse and purchase stock in person. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4pm.

What if I have returns or am unhappy with my goods?
We are happy to accept returns and process refunds as long as the goods are returned in the same condition as sold and we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods.

What pack sizes do we offer?

Our wholesale jewellery and accessories are sold in packs, with pack sizes varying by product. Common pack sizes include 1, 3, 5 and 12 units.

Each product page displays the pack size and pack price, along with the individual unit price where applicable.

Please note that quantities added to your basket refer to the number of packs, not individual units.
